Use “Repeated PO only” to review PO numbers that appear more than once. Chilled reminders still use the Send to Culina date.
Pre-advice assemblies at Britannia Way → Deli processing → finished-product transfer to Eldon Way for Culina distribution.
Upload the Deli24 pre-advice and the Deli → Culina collection receipt. Biomel Flow keeps pre-advice units as the source record but shows cases first for daily operation.
This controls the assembly quantity, batch / traceability code and UBD/BBD.
This provides the finished good cases/units actually collected and any reject units.

All orders are available. Ascending and descending now sort strictly by Scheduled delivery, like sorting the delivery-date column in Excel.

Four things only: latest stock, Dunnes orders, what was sent to Oakland, and the next recommended order. Advanced checks stay optional.
Upload the newest Stock Status Report. This is the stock source of truth. Everything else is calculated from it.
Choose the Oakland Excel report once. The portal reads Chocolate Shots and Vanilla Shots automatically, separates usable vs shelf-life restricted stock, saves the snapshot, then refreshes the forecast. Delisted Natural Large is kept only in historical records.
Prepared, sent and received shipment records. New portal downloads appear here automatically.

Recommendations are rules-based and explain the operational cause. Accepting an action saves the owner, target date and eventual outcome for learning.
Open actions stay visible until resolved or rejected. Use Create email for a copy-ready operational message.
Flexible timing: choose any Oakland arrival date and how long that shipment should cover. Dunnes demand − usable Oakland stock = recommendation.
Normally leave this closed. Open it only when the Oakland report is wrong or production gives you a stock correction.
Optional planning reference. The simple order calculator only uses the promotion switch and uplift shown on the Next Oakland order tab; confirmed Dunnes orders always remain exact.

Check shared Cloudflare storage, create recovery points and keep an independent copy of operational data.
Four-layer protection: shared ORDERS_KV remains the live source; rolling recovery snapshots protect against accidental changes; optional BACKUP_KV mirrors live persistent data to a second KV namespace; optional BACKUP_BUCKET stores strongly consistent R2 snapshot objects and removes the single-KV-value backup ceiling. Downloaded JSON backups give you a copy outside Cloudflare. Sessions are never backed up, and downloaded backups do not contain password hashes.
Checks the Worker, sign-in session, shared storage, document engine and every Word/Excel/label template. It automatically uses a secure recovery route when a normal template request fails.
Core data is checked without changing live orders.
The newest 28 recovery points are retained. With BACKUP_BUCKET configured they are also stored independently in R2; automatic snapshots are taken after successful changes at least every six hours.
Use this only for recovery. Biomel Flow creates a pre-restore server snapshot first. Operational records/configuration are restored; current user accounts and passwords stay unchanged.
